FAQs
Who is this retreat for?
The Reset Weekend is for anyone who wants a gentle, nourishing reset in nature—whether you’re a regular at Moonlight Studio, a yoga/Pilates beginner, or simply feeling called to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Can I join if I’m a beginner?
Yes. All practices (yoga, Pilates, yin, meditation) are offered in a way that’s accessible for different levels, with options to soften or deepen depending on how you feel.
What does “2 days, 1 night” mean?
We’ll spend two days and one night together at the masia: arriving around midday on Saturday and leaving mid‑afternoon on Sunday. The program includes practices, circles, meals and free time across both days, so it feels like a full weekend escape rather than just a quick overnight.
How many people will be there?
We’re keeping the group small and intimate: around 12–13 participants plus Ellaine and Cami. This helps us hold a safe, cosy space where everyone feels seen.
What are the rooms like?
Rooms are shared, with twin beds and a few larger shared rooms (up to 4 per room), and every room has its own private bathroom. You can come alone and we’ll pair you thoughtfully, or request to share with a friend if you’re coming together.
Are meals included?
Yes. All meals and snacks from arrival to departure are included in the price: welcome snack, dinner on Saturday, long brunch on Sunday, plus teas and water available. After you reserve your spot, we’ll send you a form to tell us about your dietary restrictions and preferences, and we’ll share this information with the chef so we can take it into account when planning the menu.
Is transport included?
Transport is not included. The masia is about 1h40 from Barcelona by car, near Besalú. We’ll help coordinate car‑shares between participants as much as possible so you can travel together.
What should I bring?
We’ll send a full packing list closer to the date, but in general: comfortable clothes for movement, a swimsuit, a light layer for evenings, any personal items (journal, book, crystals, etc.), and any medication you need.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many participants come alone and end up leaving with new connections. We’ll take care to place you in a room that feels as comfortable as possible.
